At GB Spray Bottles, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase from gbspraybottles.co.uk, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

Once you have informed us of your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories where possible.

  • Be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • A repair (where applicable)

  • A full refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been used with chemicals or liquids.

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect or accidental damage.

  • Clearance or end-of-line items where clearly marked as non-returnable (unless faulty).

  • Custom or personalised products.

5. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the return is due to our error or because the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they have been returned where applicable).

Refunds include:

  • The purchase price of the returned goods.

  • The original standard delivery charge where required by UK law.

Any express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly supplied

If you require a different product or size, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

8. Business Customers

Returns from business customers (B2B purchases) may be subject to different terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please contact us before returning any commercial orders.

9. How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
